The 11th International Conference on Nursing and Healthcare was held from November 21-22, 2022 at London, UK (Hybrid Event) is a huge success! The conference aimed to bring together nurses, healthcare professionals, and researchers from around the world to discuss the latest developments and innovations in nursing and healthcare.
Parallel Sessions
The conference featured several parallel sessions covering a range of topics related to nursing and healthcare. I attended the session on "Patient Safety and Quality Improvement," which was particularly informative. The speakers discussed various approaches to improving patient safety, including the use of checklists and other tools to ensure that patients receive the right care at the right time.
Poster Presentations
The conference also had a poster presentation session, where researchers presented their latest findings in nursing and healthcare. I found one poster presentation on "Nurse-led interventions to improve patient outcomes in the intensive care unit" particularly interesting. The researchers presented the results of a study that showed how nurse-led interventions can help reduce the length of stay in the ICU and improve patient outcomes.
The virtual format of the conference did not provide as many networking opportunities as an in-person event. However, there were still opportunities to connect with other attendees through the chat feature and online discussion forums. I had several interesting conversations with other nurses and healthcare professionals from around the world.
Overall, the 11th International Conference on Nursing and Healthcare was a valuable experience. The keynote speakers and presentations provided insights into the latest developments in nursing and healthcare, and the parallel sessions and poster presentations showcased some of the innovative work being done in the field.
